After new knowledge in Abu Dhabi the team prepared for the last two races in the season.
The gap between the other drivers and Tobias got even smaller than in Abu Dhabi and he sat the 2. best time at the free practice, day one. At the timed trials he did a great job and finished at same position. For the first time in top 3 in F4.
When the results was posted Tobias was placed at last position because of an disqualification. The DSQ was based on wrong understanding of rules, but because the protest time ran out when the team tried solve the situation without a protest and a big fee.
The disappointment was big, but Tobias and the crew did a big revenge with the best lap time on the free practice and got pole on the pontoon the morning after. After the team got the boat in Qatar in march they have used month to make it faster and it paid off at the very last race of the season.
The race started as planned, but in the first corner Tobias got squeezed out from the course and into the other competitors rooster tails and was placed as no 8. In some laps he was racing in position 5 and finished at same position.
