July is a busy month for the powerboat people in Norway, especially for Tobias who are doing 8 races.
Only three days after the bonze medal in the EC Offshore Class 3b, Willy and Tobias headed for Russia. The pit area was rigged and ready when the arrived wedensday. The thursday and friday went with small adjustments on the boat.
Race 1:
Because of logistic problems the startpontoon was not arrived. Tobias got a 5 position in the timing and then the fifth position in the rolling start. The boat runned well, but for sure have som issues who needs to be solved out. The boat is flying to high and then the turns is a bit tricky. Anyway, Tobias raced well and reached a 5. position.
Race 2:
At the free practice in the morning some new props was tested with great results. Unfortunally these propellers was not possible to loan in the race, but it gave new inspiration for prop work. A never tested prop was put on before the race, who resulted in a 6 position.
